Welcome to Infer Mesh (infermesh.io, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Service Overview

Infer Mesh provides AI model API aggregation and routing so developers can access multiple model providers through a unified interface. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time.


2. Accounts and Access

2.1 Eligibility

  • You must be an adult and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API keys.
  • Activities performed through your account are your responsibility.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@infermesh.io immediately.

2.3 Account Sharing Restrictions

  • You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share your account or keys.
  • Violations may result in access restrictions or account suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for development, testing, research, and commercial purposes in compliance with applicable law and third-party model policies.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, violent, exploitative, or otherwise harmful activity.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, data rights, or confidentiality obligations.
  • Distribute malicious code, launch attacks, bypass security controls, or abuse platform resources.
  • Perform unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or automated probing.

If violations occur, we may apply rate limits, suspension, termination, or other risk-mitigation measures.


4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Billing

  • Usage is billed based on consumed resources. Prices shown on the Pricing Page and in the console control.
  • The Service uses a prepaid model. Requests may fail or be rejected when account balance is insufficient.

4.2 Top-Ups and Refunds

  • Internationally accepted payment methods are supported.
  • Consumed amounts are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of platform error.
  • Unused balance may be handled under the platform refund policy, subject to payment processing fees or taxes.

4.3 Pricing Changes

We may update pricing or billing rules with prior notice. Changes apply prospectively to new usage after the effective date.


5. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

  • We work to maintain reliability and availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
  • The Service depends on third-party model and infrastructure providers. Their outages, limits, or policy changes may affect performance.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You are responsible for data and content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
  • Platform brands, code, interfaces, documentation, and related assets are owned by us or our licensors.
  • Use of model outputs may also be subject to terms from the corresponding model provider.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.


8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing.
  • You are responsible for evaluating risks before relying on model outputs for business, legal, or other decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid to us during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of opportunity.


10. Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access in cases of policy violations, fraud risk, security threats, or unpaid balances.
  • After termination, data handling and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable compliance requirements.

11. Dispute Handling

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through discussion. If unresolved, either party may submit the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.


12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
